Community Investment Group (CIG), a Holding Company based in Chesapeake, VA, believes that hard work, passion, and collaboration are the keys to recognizing opportunities and making them a reality. The team is led by Bradley "The DreamMaker" Newton and consists of 5 other founding members, Mark "The Facilitator" Newton, Justin "The PlayMaker" Enquist, Stephen "The Hunter" Souther, Randy "The Perfectionist" Brown, and Tony "The Governor" Harold, that we like to refer to as the Core 6 of Multifamily. As entrepreneurial Investors and Owners, we work in a range of transaction structures from fee ownership, joint ventures, co-development, and other non-traditional structures.
