As you know, KEV Prop is our in-house community transformation company that Keeps Everything Virtual as much as is effective for our staff and residents. While Community Transformation Specialists remain present on-site, many of our systems and procedures operate virtually to save time and improve the overall experience for both our residents and staff.

Over the years, Community Connections emerged alongside CIG and now operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our partnership reflects a shared dedication to communities cared for physically and strengthened by relationships and connection—a commitment to people and place.

Community Connections partners with organizations whose expertise and relationships support connection, opportunity, and stability. By aligning residents, property teams, and partners, Community Connections supports coordinated growth rooted in long-term neighborhood health.
