We know negativity is everywhere, so we're sharing the positive things our teams and partners are doing.
As you know, KEV Prop is our in-house community transformation company that Keeps Everything Virtual as much as is effective for our staff and residents. While Community Transformation Specialists remain present on-site, many of our systems and procedures operate virtually to save time and improve the overall experience for both our residents and staff.
Over the years, Community Connections emerged alongside CIG and now operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our partnership reflects a shared dedication to communities cared for physically and strengthened by relationships and connection—a commitment to people and place.
Community Connections partners with organizations whose expertise and relationships support connection, opportunity, and stability. By aligning residents, property teams, and partners, Community Connections supports coordinated growth rooted in long-term neighborhood health.

Valentine’s Day Craft at Aden & Ebbetts
We had such a great time at our Valentine’s Day Craft event at Aden & Ebbetts! Several residents joined our Apartment Life team for creative crafts and sweet snacks, and it was wonderful to see both familiar faces and first-time attendees. One longtime resident shared that after living there for 16 years, she’s noticed how much the neighborhood has improved. Word of the Year Breakfast Event

Our Apartment Life team recently hosted a delightful Soup Event at Fenner Gardens, bringing everyone together! Residents enjoyed warm, comforting bowls of soup, paired with delicious garlic bread. Holiday Ornaments at Ridgeview!
Our residents had a fantastic time crafting beautiful decorations with the Apartment Life team! They made classic ball ornaments using Styrofoam spheres wrapped in colorful yarn, as well as stunning yarn-wrapped cones. Creativity was in the air! Apartment Life hosted a Thanksgiving Brunch at Echo Mountain, which was the perfect way to kick off the festivities.
