Fenner Easter Egg Hunt & Cookout

This month, we enjoyed a beautiful day of community, connection, and joy at Fenner Gardens! Our Apartment Life coordinator worked hard to bring everyone together for a fun cookout, complete with hot dogs and chips, providing the perfect backdrop for laughter and togetherness. The kids had a fantastic time hunting for Easter eggs and choosing their prizes—seeing their excited faces was truly a highlight!

One unforgettable moment occurred during the egg hunt when a generous stranger in a truck turned around to surprise a lucky little girl with a nearly brand-new pink bicycle. His granddaughter had outgrown it, and he had been praying for someone to bless. Upon seeing her, he felt inspired that she was meant to receive it. What a wonderful act of kindness and generosity!

This event was more than just about eggs and food; it served as a powerful reminder of God’s personal love for each of us. Just like that bicycle meant the world to that little girl, every act of kindness reflects how deeply we matter to Him.

What a perfect way to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus—through love, community, prayer, and the connections that draw us closer to one another and to God. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us!
