Welcome to CIG NEWS!
Check out what we have going on in Community Connections, KEV Prop, and the CIG Office! Here at CIG, we feel that there is enough negative social output constantly bombarding us at every turn. We’d like to offer an alternative and share some good things happening within CIG and on our properties!
As you know, KEV Prop is our in-house community transformation company that Keeps Everything Virtual as much as is effective for our staff and residents. While we will still have Community Transformation Specialists on-site, our systems and procedures are all virtual to save time and improve the overall experience!
The goal of our Community Connections Partnerships is to determine the needs of our communities and meet them. Once the needs are identified, events and services can be strategically designed to make the most significant impact and improve our residents' overall standard of living. Thanksgiving Pie Feast at Crestwood Gardens!
What a fantastic afternoon we had at the Pie Feast with Apartment Life! The dessert table was definitely the highlight, featuring a mouthwatering selection of pies ranging from classic pumpkin and pecan to delicious apple and cheesecake. Soups On at Ridge View Apartments!
As the fall season settles in, there's nothing quite like a warm bowl of soup! Our Apartment Life team at Ridge View whipped up a couple of comforting favorites: chicken noodle and chili. Thanksgiving Celebration at Fenner Gardens!
We had an incredible time celebrating Thanksgiving with our residents at Fenner Gardens! Our Apartment Life team brought everyone together for an evening filled with delicious treats, including apple cider and hot cocoa. The atmosphere was warm and festive, with residents sharing gifts and showcasing their talents! Fall Festivities at Echo & Crystal
Apartment Life hosted a Thanksgiving Brunch at Echo Mountain, which was the perfect way to kick off the festivities. With a mouthwatering spread from Cracker Barrel and some special treats to make it even more festive, it was a morning filled with laughter and wonderful conversations. Fall Bingo Night at Aden & Ebbetts was a blast! From crafting the perfect s'more to several exciting rounds of bingo and even some soccer, laughter and smiles filled the air all evening long. Soup and Thanks at Blue Ridge Village!
Our residents, along with the Apartment Life team, came together for a cozy evening featuring delicious soup catered by Olive Garden. Everyone enjoyed wonderful food and warm company. Additionally, each resident received a gratitude journal to decorate and personalize, allowing them to reflect on the season and express their gratitude.
