Accounting is the language of business, as said by Warren Buffett, and this week we want to highlight the Community Investment Group accounting department. This team is in the process of fully integrating the accounts into the new AppFolio system. Our company saw tremendous growth in 2022, and it was a priority to implement an enterprise-level system to position ourselves for future rapid advancements. Not only is the system effortless to use, but it can also work seamlessly with our residents, Community Transformation Specialists, and Maintenance Team, ensuring intuitive functionality we did not have before! Due to the real-time data delivery provided by this system, our accounting team can work more swiftly and with greater ease. They are doing a fantastic job, as you can see in the photos.
