The KEV Maintenance Team makes it their priority to ensure the apartments are all in tip-top shape for our residents. Apartment maintenance is essential to sustaining multifamily homes' cleanliness, functionality, and safety. These teams are tasked with important duties like electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance. One of our newest KEV maintenance employees Luke at our Fenner Property, went above and behind to investigate a seriously clogged toilet. Like Spiderman, there is a Hero in all of us, and Luke showed that by getting underneath the crawlspace and clearing the messy problem.
