CIG launched the Leadership Academy at the start of 2025. Using the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, by John Maxwell, our focus this month has been on The Law of Process. The main concept we are learning is that leadership develops daily, with learning and growth happening incrementally over time. With this in mind, the Management Team began a rotation of visits to each property, providing learning, specific to each property manager. These visits increased confidence in our daily operations and showed positive action steps toward applying The Law of Process for the benefit of all!
